Blaw paper cleared. I should say it is easy. Well technically so. Still there is the element of carelessness and innocent misrepresentation that I got the ans rite ya.
If you have read through pass year exam paper ans than it shall considered a paper that can be pass. The question are similar I shall say haha.
Oh...and I committed the same age old mistake that I have committed since secondary school. 4 marks worth of ans undone. Sad case...but luckily tat qns was the one I didnt know hw to do haha.
And the part before tat I kena fake. As time was running out, 2 mins left I shall say, I quickly chiong the answer out as I "assume" it to be similar to the past year paper as the qns was similar too.
So I wrote: "...he voluntarily accepted part performance...thus must make payment..."
I have NO TIME to think through about the answer ya. After the paper with careful analysising with hoseak, junbiao they all, I concluded that the answer I wrote was wrong wrong wrong.
So in total 10 marks gone. At least it is better than FM ya. Much much better...=) The answer should be "divisible contract" or something like tat.
Well rest for before I shall continue studying for the rest of exam...well not so soon will I start though.
No School = Sianzational Life. What a no-life life tat I got ya haha. Got school complain tired. No school complain sianz.
